Standalone Head of Talent Acquisition role with a growing start up - Huge potential!


* Working closely with the Head of People and the leadership team, you will look to construct and devise recruitment strategies to double the headcount in the next year with a focus on Technology, Customer service and Medical hiring.
* The initial phase will be to hire into the business through a hands on direct sourcing approach, thereafter moving into a strategy and projects role.
* Direct sourcing for circa 50 vacancies across Tech, customer service and Medical
* Full end to end recruitment process
* Hands on role, with a blank canvas to implement recruitment strategies and deliver across the business
* Opportunity to implement an ATS system.
