We are seeking a collaborative and experienced Human Resources Manager to operationally manage a small HR team, which includes HR advisors and a HR and Payroll officer, on a 9 month fixed term contract basis, to cover maternity leave.

Naturally, you will be organised and will be able to manage multiple cross-organisational projects, including change management and organisational development initiatives.

You should also have prior experience of working in a unionised environment and the proven ability to develop strong relationships with trade union representatives. In addition, you will possess excellent coaching and mentoring skills. Experience of reward is highly desirable.

To put the rights of women and girls at the heart of our new strategy, a commitment to feminist principles, feminist leadership, and a desire to work for an organisation focused on the rights of women and girls is also a key requirement.
