Job Details
An award winning Recruitment function for a market leading business is looking to add an experienced Resourcing Consultant to their team. With experience of either in-house of agency recruitment under your belt, you will be able to complete the full 360 degrees recruitment process, supporting senior stakeholders in their talent mapping and workforce planning. Using all means of social media, job boards and company website, you will aim to pipeline talent for predominantly head office functions, handling between 30-50 vacancies at any one time.
The role will be Bournemouth based and offer occasional flexibility to work from home as the role demands allow.
The successful candidate will have 3 years’ experience as a minimum, be credible and work with gravitas, manage stakeholder relationships and be solutions focused. Although initially offered as a 12 months’ FTC, there is every chance that this role will become permanent.
