Reward Manager - 6-9 Months FTC

Our client is is looking to appoint a Reward Manager on a 6-9 month Fixed Term contract to manage all annual reward processes and act as a knowledge expert to the Head of HR Operations and HR Director to support the implementation of the reward strategy for a growing organisation in Northampton. This is a broad reward role and you will lead on all aspects of benefits, role evaluation as well as implementation of the reward strategy, providing input and recommendations. An effective communicator, you will have a proven track record of delivering best practice reward initiatives whilst acting as a reward business partner in a changing organisation. The ideal candidate will be immediately available.

Commercially astute, with a passion for delivering high standards and a strong commitment to customer service, you will be able to demonstrate success in managing the operational delivery of the reward cycle. Stakeholder management, working with senior leaders and inspiring your HR colleagues are all crucial too.
