Your new role
We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to work directly for Hays Specialist Recruitment in our busy office in Sheffield city centre. Working as a Recruitment Resourcer provides an excellent opportunity to take your first step into recruitment and make a real difference within a busy and successful team, working alongside experienced recruiters and Managers. As a Recruitment Resourcer you will be generating new candidates. You'll write adverts to display on hays.co.uk and other job boards to generate applications from experienced administrative staff. You will conduct telephone screening and face to face interviews, marketing candidates to our portfolio of clients and placing candidates in the resulting jobs. You will check all necessary compliance documentation, updating all required information on our database and carrying out regular audits.


What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in your application, ideally you will need to be educated to graduate level or equivalent. Given the nature of this role you'll need to demonstrate an organised approach to your work and an ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels. Experience of working to targets, either in an office or retail environment would be a benefit. You'll need an eye for detail and a meticulous work ethic to ensure that the data and compliance records are accurate and complete.
