Due to growth and expansion plans, this professional services organisation is looking to recruit an experienced L&D Consultant, up to £55k, based from Birmingham. This will be a 12 month FTC>
Working as part of the broader HR team, this role allows the opportunity for great visibility across all levels, and areas of the business. You will be responsible for the facilitation of a range of course topics - predominantly soft skills, managing the use of external providers, and L&D projects.
As a self-starter, you will have operated as an L&D Consultant, with a strong track record around facilitation of soft skills, and managing L&D projects. There will be some travel involved in the role, so a level of flexibility is required. You will also have specifically worked within a Partnership environment previously.
