Based in Heathrow, this company is a global giant who is in the logistics and supply chain management industry. With excellent transport links and smart offices, this organisation has created a fantastic work environment. With continued growth, they are looking to further expand their HR team.

Your new role
As HR Advisor you will be liaising with the HR Business Partner in ensuring that HR policies and procedures are being followed within the wider business. You will be providing advice, coaching and guidance to line managers on a regular basis. You will also be responsible for your own portfolio of ER casework, including monitoring sickness, absence and ongoing cases.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for the position of HR Advisor you will have proven experience of working within a previous role at a similar level. You will be hardworking, have a great attention to detail and be able to prioritise a busy, demanding workload.

What you'll get in return
If you are successful for the position, you will receive a generous annual salary of up to £35,000 dependant upon experience. You will be joining a great team who offer some flexibility on working. You will also receive a generous benefits package including holiday allowance.
