Your new company
This is an opportunity to work for an international logistics and supply chain management organisation who are experiencing rapid growth. This has allowed them to expand their team to include a HR Business Partner.
Your new role
You will undertake a full range of HR generalist activities working in close partnership with the Head of HR.
Key areas of focus will include Talent Development and Acquisition and Workforce Support, you'll further develop employee engagement initiatives and Personal Development Plans. Additionally, you will be given the task of increasing the perceived value of HR to all stakeholders. You'll be aware of any changes to legislation and how that may impact the wider business and be able to advise Managers. You will also take a strategic lead in corporate project teams to promote cost effective innovation.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be an experienced HR Business Partner who has worked in a national role, preferably with multi site experience. 8-10 years HR experience with the most recent being in business partnering would be essential to this role. CIPD qualified and/or university degree is also desired. Having a sound employment law knowledge and financial experience of budgets and P&L's would be advantageous.
What you'll get in return
An annual salary of £45,000-£48,000 depending on experience. Benefits including pension and a generous annual salary.
