Organisational Design Consultant (Workforce Planning)

2 month OD Consultant job, for a Government Body in Central London. ASAP start, paying £450-500 per day.

Your new company
You will be working for a Government Body in Central London, on a 2 month interim basis to assist with the delivery of a high profile project.
Candidates must be available on 1 weeks notice or less, as interviews will take place week commencing 11th February, with a view to a start date week commencing 18th February.

Your new role
Working on a project to improve internal workforce planning, this role is for 2 months, with the aim to evaluate any current problems or issues within a workforce of 500 employees, and set plans and recommendations for improvements. These improvements will need to be reported to the organisation, by the end of March 2019.
There is the chance to return once your recommendations have been implemented, to assess how the organisation are progressing and give any further recommendations.

What you'll need to succeed
Candidates are required to be experienced in Workforce Planning (ideally within the Public Sector) and be able to build relationships with senior stakeholders. You must be credible and will work closely with the Project Director.

What you'll get in return
You will work as part of a team, with plenty of support if needed. This role will pay £450 - £500 per day and you will be paid weekly. There is the chance to return once your recommendations have been implemented, to assess how the organisation are progressing and give any further recommendations.
