HR Advisor opportunity in central Bristol, up to £40k pa + range of benefits - permanent post

Your new role
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will be in a generalist HR position partnering a set client group. This role is c30% strategy. You will provide HR support and guidance in a flexible way that best meets the needs of the business. You will work in partnership with the business to ensure company objectives are met and are aligned to our overall HR strategy and company culture. You'll be giving the best advice possible, using best practice, and a common-sense approach - people focused and not led by process. You'll be a partner to the business with the ability to facilitate strategies and plans - so this is not a traditional or transactional HR role. The broad areas of the role include: employee relations, communications, performance management, compensation and benefits, reward, learning and development, professional growth and project work as needed.

What you'll need to succeed
This role requires strong communication skills, sound HR knowledge and experience to be point of expertise across wide range of areas. This post will suit someone with a people and solution focused and flexible approach who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative and commercial environment. Technical experience should include employment law, TUPE and redundancy.
