Learning and Development Manager - South West London - Insurance Provider - £40,000-£42,000

Your new company
A specialist insurance provider looking based in the South West London is looking to further develop their L&D team. With smart offices and excellent transport links, this role is offering an abundance of opportunities. Having experienced rapid growth the learning and development team is tasked with enhancing the training to ensure the company continues to lay the foundation to develop its team members.

Your new role
You will be responsible for drafting, designing, gaining board approval and delivering an annual training plan. Furthermore, you will be responsible for training materials related to insurance regulation and reviewing and approving training modules to ensure competency levels are achieved. You will also be delivering training modules related to regulatory compliance, systems and product knowledge. Some of your other responsibilities include; ensuring training and competence records are maintained, ensuring that operational policies support the company values, providing management information related to completed and planned training modules on a monthly and quarterly basis.

What you'll need to succeed
Successful candidates will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role alongside excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Also, you will need to have excellent attention to detail and analytical skills alongside efficient written and oral communication skills. Possessing a relevant CII qualification or Diploma/Certificate would be highly beneficial.

A generous annual salary of £40,000-£42,000, pension and annual leave.
