At Radian we are committed to investing in local communities to make them stronger and more vibrant, whilst helping to provide homes to those that really need them. It’s at the very heart of what we do and empowers our colleagues to support our customers in realising their aspirations.

We also recognise the importance of continuing to develop our products and services to meet the changing needs of our customers, and our ambitious five-year Corporate Strategy, entitled Realising our Potential, will help us continue building on our successes to achieve our full potential as a leading provider of affordable homes across the south. Whether it’s through delivering high quality new homes of all tenures, investing in social infrastructure to help build new communities, or delivering modern services that can improve the wellbeing of current and future residents; we believe there’s never been a more exciting time to join Radian.

Whilst many organisations may claim it, we know that our people are our most valuable asset. We are looking to recruit an Executive Director responsible for our People, Information and Communications agenda, who will share this view and can demonstrate how they achieve amazing things by getting the best from their people.  This is a new role and you will be leading on the creation of a high performing culture, embedding our values and behaviours throughout the business.   As a member of the executive team reporting to our new Chief Executive, you will be joining an established group of colleagues that work closely with our board to achieve our strategic priorities.  We are looking for strategic thinker with highly developed interpersonal and influencing skills, able to cut through complexity, set clear direction and take others on the journey.

You should have excellent leadership skills, a solid track record of working in large and complex organisations, a willingness to support innovation and a passion for developing people. Equally important are your all-round communication skills, your enthusiasm to get things done and move the agenda forwards. You will be driven, highly professional, great with people and be totally aligned with our values.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join us at a time when you can have a real and personal impact on determining our future direction, working with our highly committed Board and staff group you will have the potential to make a significant impact across the communities we serve.
