Interim HR Generalist (3 months) - Birmingham - up to £30k
Our client is a small organisation going through a period of change and growth. Their current HR team is effective but lean and they will be under pressure to deliver the project to time without additional support. As a result they are recruiting for an interim HR Generalist / HR Officer / HR Advisor to join them for 3 months.

You will be supporting the current HR Manager as they inherit new staff, redeploy existing staff and potentially lose some people to redundancy and you will be involved in

* Communicating the need for change to the business
* Following formal change processes
* Working standalone with 1-2-1 consultations.

We are looking for individuals who are immediately available and can hit the ground running. It is essential that you have done this sort of thing previously. This is a 3 month contract starting no later than 1st February and paying up to £30k.
