Part-time role for an experienced recruitment Resourcer based in Rotherham - 3 days a week

Your new role
This role is to work three days a week on a permanent basis. You will report into the HR Manager and manage and lead on all aspects of the recruitment process. You will work closely with the wider HR team to design and deliver on effective recruitment strategies. You will be responsible for monitoring the demand for recruitment across the region weekly and build the necessary pipeline. You will advertise jobs on social media and job boards. You will facilitate and oversee the interview and selection process working closely with line managers.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience of working in a recruitment environment and be able to demonstrate your experience of working in a high volume recruitment environment.
