I am looking to speak to immediately available L& D Project Managers for a period of 6 months for a client in South Birmingham.
Joining a growing business who are going from strength to strength, you will come on board to design and implement a Learning and Development framework that supports the business to become a learning organisation and achieve its strategic objectives and the goal of achieving IIP gold status.
The role will work across the organisation with leaders and specialist internal functions to deliver this framework.
As an experienced L&D Professional you will have a strong track record of delivering on projects, developing learning and development frameworks and experience of IIP accreditation.
Ideally you will have prior experience of HRIS implementation from a learning and development perspective.
This role is for a period of 6 months and my client is open to someone looking full time or part time.
