Description
The key focus of this role is to work at a strategic level focussing on the wider recruitment offering for the organisation, along with leading a team and working closely with the senior leadership team.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have previously lead in-house Recruitment functions and worked on high-level recruitment strategies, including frameworks, PSL reviews and excellent knowledge of implementing resourcing approaches and workforce planning within large organisations.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of leading people and be available for an interim role in March.
Job Offer
£55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience + great benefits!
