Description
Reporting into the Site Director you be in a stand alone role partnering the business with a commercial focus for all aspects of HR for approx 60 employees including:
* Working with key stakeholders across the business
* Coaching, guiding upskilling employees and managers
* Focus on value add HR projects
* Responsible for driving employee engagement
* All aspects of operational HR
Profile
* Have previously worked in a manufacturing environment
* Have previously operated in a stand alone HR role
* Have the ability to work in a commercial environment with a focus on value add HR
* Have the ability to partner senior stake holders
* Have practising Employee Relations knowledge

Salary £35-40k per annum
