Resourcing Manager

Your new role
As the overarching lead for all resourcing needs across the organisation, you will manage a team of efficient resourcing professionals to deliver a seamless and exceptional customer service to both stakeholders and candidates, on a high volume of recruitment campaigns.
Furthermore, it will be your responsibility to continuously improve and develop recruitment related policies and procedures, in conjunction with exploring innovative ways to attract and engage top talent into the roles.

What you'll need to succeed
As a seasoned recruitment professional, you will be au fait with overseeing the entire recruitment cycle with significant expertise on market insight and trends. It's imperative that you can also demonstrate solid management experience of a sizeable team, with examples of where you have implemented valuable improvements to recruitment processes.
