Interim HR Process Harmonisation Lead - Immediate start - London

Your new company
A pharmaceutical business in London.

Your new role
Following a recent merger, you will be responsible for harmonising 80 HR processes so that they are standardises and fit for purpose in the new businesses. You will be responsible for data gathering and conducting interviews to establish current processes and then reviewing and writing the new 'to be' processes. You will will also be responsible for producing training materials for managers and employees as well as the communications to implement the new processes.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have previous experience of running an HR process harmonisation project within a commercial matrix business. You will have experience of HR process mapping and will be able to demonstrate how you have gathered 'as is' processes as well as how you have developed the 'to be' processes. You will also be able to demonstrate how you have implemented the new processes and how you have trained the business on this. It is essential that you can start a new role immediately and commit to a 9 month period of work.
