Your new company
A large multi- site public sector organisation is looking for you to join their busy and expanding HR team in their offices on the edge of Belfast City Centre

Your new role
You will provide comprehensive advice and expertise to employees and management on a full remit of HR issues including but not limited to absence management, disciplinary/grievance matters, recruitment and employment terms and conditions. You will be based in Belfast but will be able to operate on any of the organisations other sites.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need a 3rd level qualification in HR or a related discipline and have at least 5 years experience in a generalist HR role gained within the last 10 years. You will need at lest 3 years experience in an employee relations environment including but not limited to dealing with trade unions, absence management, disciplinary, grievance and investigations.
