HR People Advisor

HR People Advisor - up to £32k - Cheltenham

Your new company Deliver proactive employee relations (ER) expertise to the Group business, providing advice on complex cases face to face, and over the telephone. You'll provide advice and guidance on a broad spectrum of ER issues whilst driving best practice and ensuring compliance with all Group procedures, documented policies and employment legislation.

The role will be based in Cheltenham with at least one day per week at the Colchester site and one day per month in Petersfield. Travel to other sites across the Group may be required. This will be as and when the business requires HR presence and support, reasonable notice will be given.

Your new role
You will need to be up to date with Employee Relations HR matters. Develop People Strategy and ensure appropriate HR solutions are achieved. To be the point of contact for all HR issues. Challenge and provide support and guidance to managers in their role on people-related issues. Manage large and small scale restructures. To deliver training on HR policies and procedures.
