Your new role
In this homebased Internal Recruitment Consultant role you will be responsible for the attraction to and recruitment of temporary vacancies across the organisation. The Internal Recruitment Consultant will manage end to end recruitment processes including advertising roles, sifting applications, interviewing and onboarding. You will also be involved in the deployment and redeployment of temporary workers into internal assignments. Additionally the Internal Recruitment Consultant will attend recruitment fares and organise open days.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an experienced agency Recruitment Consultant or Internal Recruitment specialist with strong experience of recruiting for temporary vacancies. Excellent candidate management skills and end-to end vacancy management ability is essential. This opportunity will suit someone who has worked within high volume and fast paced environments to SLAs and KPIs. Please note this home based opportunity will require some travel as you will be covering the south West region.
