About the Role
Working in a demanding, fast-paced environment you will be responsible for implementing people strategies and HR operational plans whilst providing comprehensive senior level advice and guidance to line managers and Directors across the business. You will ensure that a high level service is delivered to the business in line with CQC people management policies, legislation and best practice.
You’ll deal with a variety of employee relations issues, guiding, coaching and assisting managers through their queries around attendance management, grievances, disciplinaries, probation, poor performance, employment law etc. You’ll manage casework through various escalations and to tribunal where required. Remote support may include advising customers via a manager’s advice line.
About You
Alongside a relevant HR qualification, you will have extensive experience of working in an HR advisory capacity supporting managers to understand their HR needs and facilitate solutions. Communication skills both written and oral and the confidence to engage and negotiate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders will be essential for success in this role. You will drive outcomes and ensure timely solutions of case management issues in a busy fast paced environment. You will have excellent attention to detail as well as a good up to date knowledge of employment legislation. It’s an exciting, unpredictable environment so you’ll need to be flexible and willing to travel to a variety of locations on a regular basis.
