Job Details

A fantastic organisation in Central London are recruiting an HR Business Partner on a permanent basis. They are looking for someone to deliver specialist Human Resources expertise.

Responsibilities 

  • Lead on a newly created function within the organisation on a strategic as well as operational level
  • Head up projects on aspects such as policy review, workforce planning and remuneration
  • Shape the role and develop, maintain and continually improve the means of managing the new function
  • Lead on and implement change within the role, carrying out stakeholder management of senior employees and board members 
  • Act as the subject matter expert with regards to the new function and its workforce
  • Provide advice and support on issues such as recruitment, communications and data management

Qualifications/experience required

  • Proven experience of leading on and implementing change within an organization
  • Experience of dealing with contractors and consultants who operate outside of the standard workforce
  • CIPD Qualified
  • Up to date knowledge of employment law and good employment practice
