Head of HR / Pennaeth AD

A GREAT place to work!

That’s our commitment to staff and we’re looking for a dedicated HR professional to help us on this journey.

As well as developing and coaching our small HR team, you’ll love building relationships across the Wales Audit Office and externally.  You’ll use your HR knowledge and experience to promote and implement HR strategies to secure the skills, capabilities and diverse and inclusive workforce we need to deliver our ongoing success.

We’re a unique organisation that works across public services in Wales, reporting on the stewardship of public funds, offering insight on how resources are used to meet people’s needs and helping public services to improve.  It’s high-profile work so it’s vital that we are a model organisation.

You’ll promote a culture of learning, self-development, self-awareness and well-being and a nurturing style as we build a greater emphasis on values and behaviours, not just outputs.

In return, we’ll provide a good salary with pension benefits, flexible and smarter ways of working to help you be your best and a range of added-value options to suit your work/life choices.
