My client is looking for a highly experienced HR Consultant to provide HR and ER expert advice and guidance, and to undertake business wide initiatives and change projects, who is used to working in a HRSS consultancy model.
It goes without saying you will be a graduate calibre CIPD qualified professional. Previous experience of working on a consultancy basis within a HRSS or similar environment to advise and guide managers on complex ER issues and change programmes is essential, as well as a solid track record in a fast-paced multi site commercial environment. You will have strong expertise in stakeholder management at all levels up to and including senior leadership level and ideally have had experience of TUPE.
