As HR Manager you will have a highly visible role with lots of exposure to the business leaders. As such this demands exceptional commercial awareness coupled with strong interpersonal skills. CIPD qualification coupled with broad generalist HR experience is a must. With up-to-date employment law knowledge and experience in Employee Relations, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Talent Management and Succession Planning you will be used to working in partnership with business leaders supporting and driving people related change and delivering HR initiatives that add real value.
