HR Programme Manager
Your role will be to ensure that the roll out of the HR Strategy goes smoothly, ensuring that the individual projects are brought together and any overlaps are addressed and that all stakeholders are aware of priorities and deadlines.
You will bring together an internal Project management committee of key stakeholders and provide communications. Essentially you will be acting as a lynch pin and therefore must have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
You will have excellent strategic project management skills and ideally you will need experience of working within the Education Sector.
