HR Business Partner,West Midlands, £300p/d, 10 month contract.
This is a great role to join a fantastic company that is based in the Midlands. The company itself is looking to change it Business development and are looking for an experienced Change manager to head up and lead this role.
Key Accountabilities:
* Lead, design, direct and deliver the Business Development Change agenda.
* Facilitate building a strong leadership team and develop ways of working for Senior Leaders.
* Lead the development and implementation of a Culture Change programme required to build innovative ways of working to build a 'winning team' mindset.
* Engage at a Senior Leadership level to ensure clear line of sight is in place with clear accountabilities and responsibilities across the team and alignment.
* Develop an engagement strategy and plan to support organisational change across the company.
* Ensure alignment of organisation change and change plan to the wider UK Operating Model Change Programme.
Knowledge & Experience Required:
* Considerable breadth and depth of proven experience in Change Management both in the line and in formal change programmes.
* Considerable experience in organisational design
* Significant experience in stakeholder engagement strategies and campaigns
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of leading and influencing large teams and gaining support and commitments
* Experience of leading change and business improvement projects.
* Degree level qualifications or equivalent
* Change Practioner accredited
