Business Change Manager, Ocford, £400p/d, 6 month contract.
I have a fantastic role available with a large client based in Oxfordshire who are searching for a Business Change Manaer.
The role:
* Contribute at a strategic level to the design and transformation plan of the future working experience.
* Design and develop fit for purpose change management and communication plans.
* Ensure a fit for purpose support structure is in place to assist employee change.
* Raise the profile and educate on the future culture needs.
* Act as a point of contact and expert for the business on people change.
* Managing relevant stakeholders at senior leader level.
* Monitor the outcome of the implemented people solution.
* Work with the HR Business Partners to support culture change and manage individual change.
* Work with the culture, leadership and employee value proposition teams to ensure alignment and support.
You will have the following:
* Degree qualified or equivalent with work experience.
* Experience in people change management/ project management.
