PMO Lead, Southampton, Up to £55k.
Supporting the delivery of successful and sustainable change and transformation by owning and maintaining project / programme & change management best practice and the coordination & quality of the transformation plan
Role Objectives
* Ensure projects/programmes are aligned to strategy.#
* Coordinate and manage portfolio / transformation plans giving a forward view of change work and identifying key outcomes & KPI's.
* Responsible for acting as project / programme conscience to ensure they are on track to deliver as planned and with the right outcomes.
* Responsible for feeding project/programme reporting into TMO coordinator to establish project/ programme and portfolio reporting.
* Coordinate and support groups to ensure success and the right outcomes are delivered.
* Provide insight into transformation projects / programmes to challenge appropriately.
* Support project/ programme leads with planning and managing key dependencies and risks.
* Responsible for delivery of specific projects / programmes.
* Establishes, manage and maintain project/programme & change methodology & tools for projects and programmes.
* Establishes, manages and maintains project/programme & change frameworks.
* Act as a coach where required on project/programme & change methodology.
* Act as an independent advisor on projects / programmes going for start-up / definition into steering groups and approval to ensure they are set-up for success.
* Provide coaching on how to set-up / facilitate kick-off sessions, workshops & meetings.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience Required
* Significant experience of leading project/programme & change within retail programmes.
* Experience & knowledge of project / programme & change management methodology and best practice.
* Experience of developing and implementing project / programme change management frameworks.
