A global law firm are looking for a new Director of Learning and Development, EMEA to join the organisation during an exciting period of growth.
The role will be responsible for implementing the critical skills and core competency training programme including the following:
- Design and delivery
- Partner level development
- Oversee entry level lawyer development
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- International experience
- Leadership development
- Design and delivery of world class training courses
- Experience within law
