The role sits within one of the worlds leading financial services companies who are going through a continued period of growth in this department.
The role will be responsible for:
- Direct recruitment over a number of areas
- Working directly with senior stakeholders within the banking remit
- know how to work the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
- Pushing back on candidates and clients when they are faced with issues, showing a consultative approach
- High volume recruitment over all remits
The ideal candidate will have:
- End to end experience in a large corporate organisation (finanical services preferable)
- A consultative approach to recruitment
- A background in operations
- Ability to push back on difficult situations
