Reward Analyst
Title: Reward (Compensation & Benefits)
Location: Central London
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000
Description
A reknowned Professional Services organisation is looking for a Reward Analyst to join their growing team in providing Reward and Executive Compensation advice to clients ranging across industry, from SMEs to Global Brands.
This organisation is developing quickly in a competitive market and are looking for driven, high-potential individuals to support and help grow their already impressive portfolio of clients.
Key Activities
* Analytical support on client reports & projects
* Support benchmarking, job evaluation and salary surveys processes
* Analysis of pay and incentive data both from proprietary surveys and published data, including from Directors' Remuneration Reports
* Analytical support on consulting & marketing projects
* Support sales, marketing and production of remuneration surveys
Accountabilities
* Management of data collection process including preparation and mailing of questionnaires and follow up support either by telephone or through meetings with clients
* Maintaining high quality pay and incentive databases through thorough checking of all data submissions and resolving any queries with clients
* Loading data onto the databases/ spreadsheets ready for survey production
* Ensuring high level of participation in surveys by effective marketing campaigns
* Answer standard client queries regarding survey data and referring other queries where appropriate
* Delivery of ad hoc analysis either directly to clients or as part of wider consulting projects
* Assist in development and running of remuneration surveys for marketing purposes
* Working with administrative staff on maintaining up to date client contact details
Knowledge, Skill, Experience
* Strong numerical and data skills
* Attention to detail, concern for order and producing a top quality product
* Good MS Office skills with advanced level Excel skills
* Effective time management and project management skills
* Client service focus
* Enthusiastic and flexible
