Shared Service Programme Manager, Birmingham, 12 month FTC £100K.
Position Description:
The Shared Services Programme Manager will design , manage, coordinate and deliver all programme activities across the shared service workstream including senior stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and Define the Shared Services.
* Act as the single point of contact for the Finance Change and Transition Director on the Shared Services workstream.
* Manage the execution of stakeholder engagement and communications activities in line with Programme standards and plan for the key stakeholders of the Shared Service workstream
* Define the organisation transition approach and timeline.
* Deploy and manage any associated organisation transition activities working with the Finance Change and Transition Director and other workstreams as necessary during transition
* Escalate issues / risks / dependencies to the relevant programme management team.
