Offering 70-85k plus additional bens, this role is based within London and offers a fantastic new opportunity to lead the strategic initiatives on the group whilst it moves through its cultural and people change agenda.
The new Head of Talent Development will have the following:
* Previous experience in leading the strategic design and implementation of a group learning strategy
* The ability to plan, profile and implement a Talent & Capability Strategy on a national scale.
* Ability to work with the HRD in the design and roll out of the UK strategy
* Have an appreciation of the Hospitality, Retail and FMCG sectors
* Extensive experience in stakeholder management at the executive board level
* Previously managed a large teams
