HR Chief of Staff, London, Competitive£
My client, a leading global financial services brand, is currently going through a significant period of change and is looking to hire a senior HR business partner.
My client is looking for a HR business partner who can support a challenging client group of senior executives and employees, as well as that there will be line management responsibility for a HR generalist. The role will have support from the specialist HR teams and will report into the HR director and will work closely with the group finance director and COO. This organisation is currently going through a period of growth and there will be some significant change projects happening, there will also be projects that you will be able to help plan for, including a large organisational review.
The ideal candidate will be a great generalist or project manager with experience and knowledge of HR processes including L&D, talent and succession planning and reward. You will partner a specific client group that is very mature, so the ability to work with a variety and breadth of cultures and functions within a business would be highly beneficial.
This is a great opportunity to join a leading global company that offers great career exposure and development. This role is looking to move quickly so candidates with shorter notice periods will be the preferred choice, however all will be considered.
