Annapurna HR Ltd, are once again working with an international business in the search for a Senior HR Advisor. Offering 40-45k plus bens and based in Essex, this role is to be positioned as the No.2 to the HR Manager within the business and offers the scope to have a significant impact on a growing and transforming area of the business.
The Role:
* Working closely with the Head of HR & HR Manager to champion a Business Partner approach throughout the business.
* To design and deliver strategic initiatives and projects to align with the Changing culture and business strategy
The Candidate:
The successful candidate will have operated in a challenging FMCG/ Corporate environment (candidates from all sectors will be considered) and will be able to manage a team of generalists and partner demanding senior stakeholders. Candidates will need to have well rounded generalist backgrounds and will need to be able to operate in an ambiguous, changing environment.
