HR business partner, 12 month FTC, London, £50k-£70k
My client, global leading financial services organisation, is looking for an HR business partner to join their innovative HR team. Working in a small UK team that is part of a large global matrix team, this is an exciting position looking after 2 client groups.
This role offers great exposure to two completely different client groups, this offers a lot of variety and breadth. One client group is very sophisticated and well established and has a good position in the market. They have recently gone through a lot of change in the form of restructures and now have a strong emphasis on talent. The other client group is an entrepreneurial start-up, with exciting growth potential.
This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a large global HR team in a standalone role that offers a lot of autonomy. You will work closely with the senior management team and executives. Due to their global footprint there will be opportunity to work regionally and globally. There are a number of change projects to be involved with and the HR team is really driving and supporting the innovation of the business.
We are looking for an exceptional candidate that is looking to work in a challenging fast paced environment. Ideally you will come from a financial services background like insurance, however all industries will be considered, and those with a mix of finance and other industries are preferable. You will preferably be educated to at least degree level and because this is a contract role people with short notices are preferable.
