Reward Analyst - £40,000
Annapurna HR are currently working with a blue chip FTSE listed organisation to recruit a Reward Analyst. This is a great opportunity to build a career in a market leading organisation that are looking for someone who has the capability to progress through the organisation as they go through high levels of growth.
The role will be working within the Reward Team and will be responsible for building the model to analyse the current reward frameworks within the organisation. The role will also be leading on exciting projects with the organisation looking to redesign the benefits package that is currently in place.
This is an exciting time for the organisation as they look to take on high levels of growth. The individual will need intermediate to advanced levels of skill on excel.
