This company in the professional services sector are looking for an urgent requirement of a Recuitment Officer to join them on a 3 Month FTC contract (with the view to extend). The role requires the candidate to have experience in high volume recruitment, within a professional services organisation.
The candidate will be required to:
- Recruit across a professional services business of Experienced Hires
- Recruit High Volume during a period of growth
- Liaise with senior stakeholders and senior hiring managers on a daily basis
- Hit the ground running with recruitment over all corporate functions
- Work Closely with the senior recruitment manager and help advise on implementing new strategies to combat the rapid surge of growth this firm is going through
The ideal candidate will have:
- A background within professional services recruitment
- Experience in hiring at a senior level of the business
- Experience in liasing with senior stakeholders within a number of large corporate firms. Ideally in finance, professional services, Law or accounting
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Ability to close tough vacancies at a very senior end of the business
