Leading global FMCG business has an exciting Head of HR / director level role to manage the strategic people agenda and build a team for their central and eastern Europe division.
The role will be based in the UK but will have extensive travel, at least once a week. This a newly created role and the candidate must have strong international experience, ideally emerging markets in Central and Eastern Europe.
The candidate will be responsible for building a team and will have strong experience in a corporate, matrix environment with a strong commercial mindset and experience delivering an excellent commercial people agenda in a cultural change environment.
