A global financial services organisation are looking for a talented senior recruitment leader to join the organisation during an exciting period of transformation.
The role will involve the following:
* Full accountability to ensure that the Resourcing function operates within all Enterprise Risk Management Policies and governance requirements
* Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Business Unit and Geography Heads of Governance to manage risks and escalate to appropriate governance groups
* As the single point of contact for governance, the role holder will be expected to engage with senior stakeholders in the Second and Third lines of defence including but not limited to Internal Audit, Compliance, Operational Risk, Financial Crime and HR Risk and Control
* Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory `requirements, Operational Risk Framework and internal Policies and Standards
* Business partner the business and key stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
* Strong leadership skills and proven ability to influence in a matrixed, global environment
* Excellent in building relationships with senior stakeholder
* HR or Recruitment subject matter expertise is preferably
* Expert knowledge of Policy design and implementation
* Able to recognise and address risk in a highly regulated environment
* Skilled in the design and execution of audit plans (Preferable)
* Line Management
* Business partner skills
