Leading global corporate is searching to appoint for a new role, created due to expansion, for a talented head of hr / hr director to manage and direct the delivery of the people strategy for the Middle East and Africa region. Based in Dubai, must have experience of Middle Eastern markets.
The candidate will have experience working in international, corporate matrix structures with strong experience working in the Middle East with the role based and living in Dubai.
This is a newly created role with the ability to create a team underneath it and to report into the international HR director for the group.
The candidate will have strong experience in cultural change situations and be a self starter with strong drive and delivery skills. The candidate would ideally have experience in consumer goods / FMCG / manufacturing / pharmaceuticals.
