A Global Financial Servcices organisation, a true market leader in it's field, is looking for a Payroll Consultant to join it's growing HR function. Covering the entire group population worldwide, this individual will be responsible for assessing and providing advise on the current Payroll process and efficiency improvement. This small function is lookingfor someone is wants to make the step up to running processes and procedures whilst still demonstrating a good, strong background and capabilities in this field.
The successful candidate must have some experience within a busy payroll department and be educated to at least A-level (or equivalent) standard. The candidate must be IT literate, i.e. Basic knowledge of Outlook, Intermediate knowledge of Word & Excel. The candidate must also have the following competencies:
- High level of Admin & Organisation skills
- Strong Customer orientation skills
- Ability to use own initiative
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and achieve deadlines.
The perfect candidate will have financial services experience within a medium-sized firm, preferably with an international or global remit. They will be driven and capable of work autonomously or as part of the wider HR function.
