Description:

I have a very exciting opportunity for a Reward Manager to work in the established HR function of a Globalyl Reknowned Technology company Global Head Office for a major FTSE 100 business, you will focus on the design and implementation of all aspects of Compensation & Benefits for the business; the top 200 business leaders throughout the company and for reward plans or programmes, such as the annual performance plans that are applied Globally.

Responsibilities:

* Remuneration strategy and policy for all areas of Reward,
* The SME on all Benefits operations and startegy,
* Taking lead on all compensation projects including a Global Bonus review, annual performance and salary review process
* Advise the business on executive compensation matters, including LTIPS.
* Employee recognition and reward programme
* Suypporting the drafting and presentation of REMCO papers.

Requirements:

* Experience in Compensation & Benefits matters within a similar or relevant industry
* Exposure to the development, articulation and delivery of best practice Compensation processes.
* Proven technical skills in using Excel modelling techniques..
* Job evaluation experience
* Project Management experience
* Experience in dealing with major transactions including acquisitions and disposals.
* Collaborative working skills
* Senior stakeholder engagement skills
