GROUP REWARD MANAGER - £700 a day - London



A FTSE50 business is looking for a senior Reward professional to join their rapidly growing Reward function. Operating with an International remit and focusing on the business top tier employees, this Total Reward role will look to drive the Reward strategy and frameworks from both a conceptual and operational standpoint.



Key Accountabilities:

* Design, development and implement the reward strategy, policy and governance frameworks.
* Acts as remuneration adviser, as required, to business leaders and HR Business Partners and to ad hoc projects, producing papers (including Remuneration Committee papers) and presentation materials.
* Oversees and agrees any non-standard or out of policy recruitment or termination cases in the UK and US.
* Leads on the impact analysis of any current or future reward or performance cascade, agreed by the Remuneration Committee
* Manages the end-to-end process of the annual salary review from benchmarking, Executive Committee, including EC papers
* Manages the job evaluation process used for all global roles.
* Analyses appropriate benchmark data for relevant roles, modelling external and internal market data and costing the impact of future policy design or framework changes.
* Robust track record in the development and delivery of best practice senior level remuneration and incentive plans in a large complex multi geography organisation.
* Proven technical skills in using Excel modelling techniques.
* Practical experience of job evaluation process techniques.
* Proactively forecasts and tracks benefits delivery through the life of a project;
* Persuades others using simple influencing techniques to gain agreement to a solution and idea.
