Description:
I have a very exciting opportunity for a Reward Advisor to work in the established HR function of a Global Insurance organisation. Working across the EMEA and LATAM regions, this role will be responsible for assisting the Head of Reward on Reward startegy and the designand implementation of core and complex Reward schemes. Taking on a total Compensation & Benefits remit, the ideal candidate will be capable of really partnering against key clients from a wide varriety of client groups across the business.
Responsibilities:
* Implementation and management of the salary and bonus review (Total Compensation Review process), working with HR Business Partners, HR Operations and the business.
* Provide support to the Head of Reward in the preparation of papers for the Remuneration Committee as required.
* Assist in the design, development and modelling of annual incentive plans, including Sales Incentive Plans and keep an up to date inventory of existing arrangements.
* Providing support to the Head of Reward, HRBPs and line management on equity plans (not equity plan administration).
* Compensation benchmarking surveys design and management.
* Develop and review the use of non-financial recognition schemes.
* Participation on ad-hoc reward and HR projects and other duties as may be required from time to time.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree qualification or equivalent preferred. CIPD qualification preferred.
* Highly numerate and analytical.
* Confidentiality at all times in all aspects of the role.
* Flexibility, prioritisation and excellent time management skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
* Attention to detail.
* Professional and pro-active approach.
