This Global Retail Organisation based North of London is looking for a new Head of Talent and Organisational Design. A background in Talent and Organisational Design is highly desirable in this position as it will focus on Heading up the Talent function across this Global Business functions.
This role will offer the right candidate the opportunity to take control of a function that is growing at an extremely fast rate, and work to build out a team beneath them.
This Global, FTSE organisation is looking to build a team of talent professionals beneath this role, and offers this candidate the chance to build something out from scratch in the initial stages.
The role will be responsible for:
- Talent Agendas across all functions in the organisations, including close work with the top 50 in the group function
- Operational Development across business functions
- Sole responsibility for the growth of the talent function
- Direct senior stakeholder management, working with the top 50 of the business globally
The ideal candidate will have a background in a retail/hospitality environment where they have worked with senior stakeholders across the business. The candidate will need a strong background in Talent Management and ideally will have covered an element of organisational design.
This is a great opportunity to get global exposure with an international business, and build out a talent function to work and report into them.
