Regional HR Business Partner - £50K + Car + excellent benefits
I have a fantastic role available for a well known retail/hospitality business who are searching for a new HR Business Partner to look after the South West Region including Ireland and some surrounding areas. You will be working with people at all levels of the business to implement the HR strategy for the business and you will mostly be driving the Talent, Performance and Engagement strategies.You will partner with the Regional Directors in the business on delivering the HR strategy.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
* Multi-site HR experience
* Experience within Retail/Hospitality/Restaurant sectors
* Experience as a HR Business Partner
* Worked in a large national business with a large client group
* Experience implementing talent management strategies
* Employee Relations experience
